Domestic & international shipping
All orders will be delivered via either Royal Mail, DPD or UPS.
Standard delivery times are usually within 1-3 working days, this isn't guaranteed and can take longer due to unexpected delays within Royal Mail & Courier Networks.
For Same Day Dispatch, please order before 1PM. During peak periods such as the run up to Christmas and Monday's we can't guarantee orders placed before 1PM will leave same day but we will always try our best to meet our customers expectations
Standard Delivery Ranging from - £3.99 - £8.49
Standard delivery costs will change if the weight of your order is over 2kg
Next Day Delivery (UK) Ranging from - £5.99 - £9.99
Next day delivery costs will change if the weight of your order is over 2kg
Expedited delivery within England, Wales or Scotland delivered within 1-2 days - Orders must be completed by 1pm Monday to Friday for delivery aim for the next working day.
We offer free delivery for orders over £50
Standard Delivery usually within 1-3 working days within England, Wales or Scotland, from date of dispatch. This isn't guaranteed and around Christmas and other unforeseen circumstances such as a pandemic or staff shortage it can take longer than this.
International Delivery - £16
International Shipping within Europe should be delivered within 3-5 working days, outside of Europe is 5-7 working days.
Incorrect address
If you realize that you have input the wrong address or missed something, please email us immediately at Steve@absolutewhifs.co.uk.
Sending multiple emails will only delay our response, so please include the correct address in your initial email.
We understand that orders are processed quickly, and it may be difficult for us to make any changes or notice any misspellings. In such cases, we will have to wait for the order to be marked as incomplete and returned to the warehouse.
If necessary, we may ask for another payment for delivery. However, if the order is delivered to the address you provided, it is your responsibility to collect it or arrange for its delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders with incorrect addresses, including missing house numbers, streets, or misspelled postcodes.
