HOW TO USE SHOWER STEAMERS
Step 1: Prepare Your Shower
Before turning on the water, place one shower steamer on the shower floor, ideally toward a corner or close to the drain. The goal is to keep it out of the direct stream of water while still allowing it to get splashed lightly. Too much water will cause the steamer to dissolve too quickly, while too little water may limit scent release. A gentle splash combined with steam is ideal.

Shower steamers like the ones we carry have oils in them, which can make the shower floor slippery. Placing the steamer cube closer to the drain instead of the back of the shower will help to avoid slippery floors.

Step 2: Turn on Warm to Hot Water
Shower steamers work best in warm to hot showers because steam helps carry the essential oils into the air. As the shower heats up, the steamer will begin to fizz slowly and release fragrance.

You do not need extremely hot water. A comfortably warm shower is sufficient to activate the aromatherapy effect.

Step 3: Breathe Deeply and Enjoy
Once the steamer begins releasing scent, take slow, deep breaths through your nose. This allows the essential oils to interact with your olfactory system, which is closely linked to the nervous system and emotional response.

Depending on placement and water flow, one steamer typically lasts for most or all of a standard shower.

HOW TO USE WHIPPED SOAP
Gently scoop a thumb sized or generous amount of our whipped soap from the jar using your fingertips or a luscious bath sponge. HOW TO USE TEALIGHTS

GENERAL USE
Place the tealight into a designated holder and light, let the aroma fill the air for hours.

Do not place directly onto flammable surfaces such as wood or plastic.

WAX BURNER USAGE
To use tea lights in wax melt burners, you need to place a tea light candle in the designated spot at the bottom of the burner. Then, light the candle with a match or lighter.

Once the candle is lit, the heat from the flame will rise and melt the scented wax, releasing the aroma into the room

HOW TO USE SERIOUSLY SCENTED CANDLES
How to get the most from your candle:

The first burn is the most important as it’s sets the burning memory. So, in order to get the best burn possible, the first time you light the candle please burn until the pool of melted wax reaches the edges. Never move whilst lit or until the wax hardens.

The candle is made with a self-extinguishing wick. This means they will go out just before they reach the bottom and will leave some un-melted wax.

This is a design feature to stop the bottom of the candle getting too hot.

Don’t worry, you will still get the full burn time by the time it reaches this point.

1. Item(s) damaged/ faulty on receipt:

2. Items missing from order:

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us via email or online chat stating your order number and the item code. Please make sure you report missing items within 3 business days from the delivery date of your order. We will credit the account for the value of the missing item(s). 3. Items sent in error by Absolute Whifs:

If you have received any items you have not ordered; please inform us of this as soon as possible. In most cases we will be able to arrange a collection for the items or provide a prepaid return label. If you have been charged for the items sent in error by Absolute Whifs, we will process a refund for the goods.

4. Items ordered in error by the Buyer:

If you have ordered incorrect item(s) or too many items, please contact us to report this within 3 working days of the delivery date of your order. Please always quote your order number, the item code and quantity of the items you wish to return. Once this is reported, we will send you a Returns Form to fill in and include with the returned items. Please note, we will not be able to credit the return postage for items ordered incorrectly or in error. If the return is large, we can offer to book a collection for it for a fee of £7.50+VAT for UK mainland. On receipt and inspection of the returned goods we will issue a credit to your account. The original delivery cost will be deducted from the credit note.
